In RL I was at a school musical yesterday, my nephew Simon was in West Side Story. It was alot of fun, me, my brother, my father, his ex-wife and my brother in-law all packed ourself in a car and went to Vänersborg where we met up with my other brother, my niece and her mom. We seldom see eachother so it was a fun family reunion sortof. My nephew was really great in that musical too. He can act, sing, dance and play all sorts of instruments... I'm so proud of him! He's still only 17 years old, so the sky is the limit for that one!

I think I might have got my brother interested in Second Life too, so well see, maybe he'll make an avie and show up one day...

I just got home from work and I'm dead tired. These next two weeks are really hectic for me, I'm kinda glad I didn't book any shows until the 9th because I'm not sure that I'd have enough energy to give as much as I would want. Working and going to school at the same time as trying to get somewherewith the music is a bad combo. Luckily school will be out in the middle of may and then I have one thing to cross off my list atleast.

I had a great time at SUNDANCE last night, thanks so much Filly and Rocko for being so accomodating. I really did feel very supported and welcomed. They had built a floating stage for me, so I was floating around on a raft-looking stage by the beach. It was really cool... and there was a great sunset in the background too. SUNDANCE is a great place, you should definetly go hang out there if you're in SL! I also had my friends from my Second Life-group on Tradera there, Lulu, Angeleena and Princessleia. It was great to see you guys! I also had 3 generations of Åhs listening in via the web on their mediaplayers. My brother Peter, my nephew Simon and my dad, P-O were all listening in.

I sang some of my new songs last night and I also did some of my own little cover versions, I did covers of One of us (ABBA), Killing me softly (Roberta Flack) and Lay me down (The Wreckers).

As it looks now, it will be a while until I play next time. I have alot of work to do and then easter is coming. The next show is on April the 9th at Soft Shadows club. I might do something before that but it's not decided yet.

Yesterday me and Rambo had our second DJ gig, at an ABBA-themed night in Second Sweden. After 2 hours of ABBA we moved on to more recent music and it was a mix of all sorts of things, house, pop, R&B... Is was fun anyway, that I have to say. I was kinda bummed that I didn't win the comeptition, but I guess I will have to live with it... You can check out my costume HERE.

 I'm very excited about my gig at SUNDANCE tonight. It will be great, I can feel it. They built a floating stage for me in the water, so people can either hop on floating devices or watch me from the beach. Let's all hope for a beautiful sunset in the background for the ultimate mood setting for my moody songs.

The weather is really nice here in Sweden, the spring has finally arrived. Hard to imagine that it snowed and everything was white, just a few days ago. Sunlight does make a huge difference in my mood, I have to say. I get more energy when the sun shines. I'm sick of the grey weather and the rain, so this is VERY welcomed!
